BLOCKING KNIFE

The blade combines different types and grades of steel: the angle-free polished bolster is joined by the matt curved back of the blade made of SUS420J2 steel and ends with an edge made of the particularly hard VG MAX steel. The double-cut knives combine minimalist aesthetics with great rust resistance and edge retention.

The light-coloured, horizontal pakkawood handle is permanently attached to the laminated connection with the blade and is ideal for both right- and left-handed users thanks to its symmetrical shape. The handle is slim and lightweight, with quite dynamic handling characteristics. The continuous transition from the handle to the polished bolster enables a comfortable and easy grip of the blade between the thumb and index finger.
