DESCRIPTION
The attractively designed blades are made of 4116 stainless steel. They have a hardness of 56 (±1) HRC and are therefore resistant to rust. Tim Mälzer's logo and personal signature are applied to the blade and, together with the glossy finish, complete the exclusive and high-quality appearance.
The polished handle has an ergonomic shape and the symmetrical alignment makes it ideal for both right and left-handed users. It sits perfectly in the hand and provides a secure and comfortable grip when working. The perfect balance between the handle and blade makes cutting a particularly smooth experience. Made of polished polyoxymethylene (POM), the handle is water-resistant and easy to maintain. Tim Mälzer's "bull in the kitchen" logo adorns the back of the handle, adding a sophisticated highlight.
