DESCRIPTION
The Shoso blade is made of 5CR15MoV stainless steel with a hardness of 56 (±1) HRC, which guarantees a high and uniform level of hardness and long-lasting cutting resistance. Their curved sharpening gives the knives a firm edge, ideal for precise cuts. The matt finish emphasizes the knife's special refinement.
The matte handle made of 18-8 stainless steel is particularly robust and guarantees a professional grip thanks to its symmetrical elliptical shape. The integrated diamond pattern offers a secure and comfortable grip when cutting. The continuous transition from handle to blade emphasises the clearly defined lines of the knives.
