GENERAL PURPOSE MAXAIRI

The polished blades of the Wasabi Black series are made of the new technology, rust-resistant 6A/1K6 steel, with a hardness of 58 (±1) HRC. The wide range of the series offers double edge knives as well as traditional Japanese single edge knives. The slightly curved back of the knife allows for a secure grip during use, making rhythmic cutting movements easier.

The black plastic handle is water resistant and therefore very robust. Its oval shape (or chestnut shape, depending on the knife) offers a pleasant, natural feel thanks to the addition of bamboo powder.
