DESCRIPTION
The utensils have industrial oil to prevent rust during storage. Before using them, put them in the oven at 150°C for half an hour to allow the oil to set. After use keep them oiled and dry as often as you can. Do not use toxic liquids and do not leave food residues on them. Clean them with lubricating cloth and do not use water with caustic substances.
